We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process very easy.

Return Time Limit
You can return any item to us within 30 days of receiving your original order. Items can be returned only if they are brand new, in the original bag with the hangtag on.

We cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been used.

You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags attached and hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.
Human hair wigs are not eligible for return under the following circumstances: The item is returned in a condition notably different from how it was shipped. You may not return an item if the lace has been cut, the hairnet has been damaged, there is evidence of washing or bleaching, or if any alterations have been made to the product's length, color, shape, or material.

Non-Returnable Items
1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, and any other items for which return or exchange is noted as not being supported.
2. Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

We can’t offer exchange on returned items but you can send items back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, color or item you’d prefer.


Important Notice
If you return an item that does not qualify for a return under the return policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to send the item back to you.

Shipping Fee
Please note, you will need to cover the postage costs yourself. That is why we recommend you to use standard post for your return delivery. It’s a good idea to mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties.

The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives to us - remember to ask for proof of postage (tracking number), so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you will have proof you’ve sent it.

It can usually take up to 21 working days for your return to be delivered back to our warehouse, depending on your location and which postal service you use. Please note, working days do not include weekends and public holidays.

We will notify you via email as soon as we’ve received your return back to our warehouse in its original condition. Once received, we will issue a full refund to you - this is usually done within 3 working day. It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds Policy

Once your return has been received by our warehouse, we will take care of it within 3 working day, and email you to let you know once your refund has been issued. It can then take up to 10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

The time it takes for your parcel to reach us varies depending on where you are returning it from. In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email after a reasonable time, please contact us using one of the contact options we have.

Make sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned, when this was returned to us and any delivery reference numbers you have.

The original shipping fee, if any, is non-refundable.
NOTE: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 90 days after your purchase date.
